After finding a used car being sold by Locklear on eBay, I drove from out of state to purchase the vehicle. The day of purchase went great and everything was very smooth. Upon arriving home, I noticed that my temporary tag had blown off the car on my 250 mile drive home. I also found that one of the tail lights was out. I contacted my salesman immediately to discuss the minor problems. They agreed to reimburse me for the tail light at the price that their service department would charge to make the repair. My salesman, Scott, was very apologetic and insisted this "matter of principle" would be taken care of immediately. It's been 12 weeks since I purchased the car. I have emailed and called Scott numerous times and he tells me that my reimursement will be taken care of right away. I've yet to recieve any kind of payment for the tail light replacement. Fair warning, the salesman at Locklear are very good at their jobs. They know how to sell cars. But once the car is off the lot, they will forget you. More
