I brought my 2022 Ram 3500 Laramie in for a vibration while driving, suspected a bad tire. They checked all 6 tires and rebalanced them and said they were all good and to drive. I got on the highway and while driving, suspected a bad tire. They checked all 6 tires and rebalanced them and said they were all good and to drive. I got on the highway and the vibration was still there so I called the service writer. He told me there technician was gone for the day because they had no work, at 3:45 in the afternoon, and there was nothing he could do to help me. So I had a wrecker haul it to another Ram dealer in my home town and had them look at it. They notified me that I had 2 bad tires. If Tuscaloosa Ram technicians cannot tell that a tire is bad I would hate to bring my vehicle there for a major issue. More

We were told it would take 2 hours and someone would call when it was done. No one ever called. We called multiple times, left voicemails, no one returned calls. I spoke with lady in service department finally at 2:30 Friday. She said my car was up next and she would call back in 45 minutes with an update. She did not call me back. I called back at 5:30 pm since they close at 6. Service was gone for the day according to the sales department. Called Saturday morning and was told the car had not been looked at yet. Why? At this point they have had the car for 2 days and haven’t looked at it or called at all? Customer service is severely lacking. Someone needs to communicate they are behind and haven’t gotten to it yet. Not sure the point of an appointment either. I was told they close at noon on Saturday so if I hadn’t called they would have closed on Saturday and kept the car for the whole weekend? Unacceptable. We will pick up the car and will take it to another dealership to have the recall fixed and won’t be back to this awful dealership. More
Slow service and they don't seem to care Last two times I was in for service (oil change and then fuel filter change), it took considerably longer than they estimated (by at least an hour). Last two times I was in for service (oil change and then fuel filter change), it took considerably longer than they estimated (by at least an hour). But no explanation and no apology. They don't seem to keep track of customers, and how long they have been there. Don't seem to care. Apparently our time isn't important to them. More

When we had the vehicle towed to the dealership, we were lucky to be in contact with Barry Sullivan from Service who looked over the vehicle with other team members , found the problems which were underneath the car and not visible. He took immediate action to have the car fixed for a long ride home to New York for Holiday break in a matter of days! I can only tell you how communicative Barry was, and being 1,000 miles away he put us at ease with learning the status each day on the vehicle. I am so happy we found this dealership! Although it was costly to repair, we feel confident that our daughter will have a safe journey home! Thank you Locklear and Barry Sullivan! More
