My Pontiac Torrent was having a serious issue. There were random occasions where the cars steering would shut off for 2 second intervals. This happened 15-20 times everyday while driving, making for an unsaf random occasions where the cars steering would shut off for 2 second intervals. This happened 15-20 times everyday while driving, making for an unsafe driving experience. First I brought the car to a large reputable, repair shop. They could not solve the problem. I then brought my Pontiac to Tustin Buick GMC located in Tustin auto center. My service writer was Robert Krause. Robert negotiated with GM to replace a module in the computer. Without me asking Robert arranged for me to have a rental car at no charge. Robert called me everyday to keep me informed. My car was out of warranty both in miles and years. Yet, through Robert, I only paid a $25 co pay which provided me with a warranty on the part being replaced. And when my car was ready it was even washed for me! Needless to say after this experience. I am a fan of Tustin Buick GMC. Thanks to everyone who helped me at the dealership. You guys rock. I am now a fan of your dealership and will come back if I need anything. I purchased a GMC truck from this dealership. I had the tow mirrors replaced with stock mirrors. After replacement, we found that the mirrors did not work properly and they said there was nothing they coul tow mirrors replaced with stock mirrors. After replacement, we found that the mirrors did not work properly and they said there was nothing they could do to fix them. I asked for a refund for the cost of the replacement, and they refused. I offered to just take 50% of the install price in an effort to work with them. They refused. I contacted the Better Business Bureau. Tustin Buick did not respond and ended up with an unsatisfactory rating. I contacted the Bureau of Automotive Repair, but Tustin refused to work with them as well. I was told to take them to small claims court, which I did. I won the case, and Tustin Buick refused to pay. I had to get the local Sheriff's Dept to forcefully remove the funds from their bank account after a court order. The arrogance of this dealership speaks for itself with this experience. More
