The price listed online was the price at the lot - they didn’t attempt the “bait and switch” using “dealer extras” like so many other shady dealerships are doing these days. And, the price listed was well below blue book and a great value. They also didn’t try to get us to look at some other cars we didn’t come to the lot for, which was much appreciated. Rick was patient and answered all of our questions and really went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with our choice - even parking 2 cars side by side for us just to compare them and picking up a car from another lot for us. He treated us with respect and remembered all 3 of our names from the very beginning. Overall, the best experience we’ve ever had buying a used car and it will make you think twice before using the term “used car salesman” in a negative way ever again. More
