Easiest car-buying experience I've ever had! I'm so glad I found this dealership. The salespeople I met were kind and thoughtful. They took the time to answer all my questions about the model (Nexo Limited) I was interested in and, when I dropped by unannounced, Wayne even sat with me and provided background information about the environmentally-friendly and ethical approaches that Hyundai and the Tustin Hyundai dealership are taking toward the sale of alternative fuel vehicles. They were also transparent about the limited inventory (the car I had inquired about had already sold by the time I decided to visit the dealership) and the timeline for incentives without creating a sense of urgency (unlike the experience I had at another local dealership for a different make of car). When I called a few days later and was ready to buy, I spoke with Entela, who was wonderful as well. She matched me with a vehicle that was en route and we were able to take care of everything online and by text--I didn't visit the dealership again until my new car was ready to go home. She was thorough, detailed, and extremely helpful. I can't think of any way it could have gone smoother. A few things to note about the dealership: - There's an outdoor waiting area, which I LOVE. I'd much rather wait outside than in a busy showroom--especially during a pandemic. - It's easy to get to. - From what I observed, none of the salespeople were engaging in high-pressure sales tactics. They shared information about the vehicles, incentives, and financing options, and empowered the customers to make thoughtful choices that best meet their needs. The vibe here was much different than what I observed at other local dealerships, and I assume this speaks to the type of sales practices that the owner of the dealership / management supports. Because I bought a Nexo, I'll be visiting the dealership (rather than a local mechanic) for any issues that come up as well as routine service throughout the years. I'll have more dealer feedback to share after I've taken the Nexo in for service, but I have nothing but glowing reviews for the sales team. More
