2.5 hours in and out for a new car lease. Not bad. Matt was disorganized and a bit arrogant. He even said that hated when customers like me pulled quotes from their website. Seems like their website gener was disorganized and a bit arrogant. He even said that hated when customers like me pulled quotes from their website. Seems like their website generates low quotes intentionally to bring people to the dealership and sellers have a hard time trying to dismiss them. Feels like false advertising to me. More

One of the best car buying experiences. Honorable people. Exact opposite of what you think of a typical dealership. They DON'T charge above MSRP. Finance stop was also brief. Rooben was amazing and took great care of us. Stayed beyond hours help us take down Thule bike rack. Very patient in explaining all the car details after signing off the contract. These are good people. I will drive one hr happily for next car. Apparently, they also have Mazda and Acura dealership. Honorable car dealership....that says it all. More
