Brian and the entire service team at Tustin Hyndai always take care of me. It almost elimates the stress and worry that comes along with mechanical issues because I know they'll do everything they can to fin take care of me. Your service advisor Edward Segura, went over and beyond to make this service experience the best that it could be. Unfortunately, I had my Palisade in your shop just a week or so earlier for another proble to make this service experience the best that it could be. Unfortunately, I had my Palisade in your shop just a week or so earlier for another problem, so returning a week or so later for a second problem was somewhat annoying. It’s also inconvenient for us to drop a vehicle for service (always takes a few trips and multiple drivers).
