BEST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE SO FAR! EVER! I've been to many service centers; Toyota, Honda, Lexus, Acura, Cadillac, Mercedes, and more...BUT this dealership has got to be one of the bes EVER! I've been to many service centers; Toyota, Honda, Lexus, Acura, Cadillac, Mercedes, and more...BUT this dealership has got to be one of the best service centers I've ever been to before. No idea how their dealership is actually, but their service center is very nice! When I first rolled up was greeted immediately, gave the car to the valet, went into talk to the counter...I did not have a dedicated service advisor it seemed like I would at Lexus or Mecedes, and I was a bit annoyed that no one told me about the coffee machine, BUT later on as I waited in the lounge I was offered free lunch (Saturday) and one of the random workers made nice conversation even though they had no idea who I was. Coffee machine, once found, was nice and "decent" coffee. They sent me a video of my car being worked on and service didn't take long at all. The building is under construction so there was no free car wash on site, BUT they did give me a voucher for 10$ for a wash off site at a 3rd party. No Lexus, Toyota, or Russell Westbrook dealership did this. Incredible! Plus I wasn't even expecting it so it was a welcomed surprise. Cashier lady was quick efficient, and the lady that had initially helped me out welcomed me back in when she saw me. Usually there's no greeting like that! Great place for a service, great people (it seems so far), and this was my first visit ever here. Would most likely go again! Hopefully the future experiences I have here are the same. Would recommend going here versus ANY Russell Westbrook dealership/service center...those are just bad... More
