My husband was looking for the new Nexo Hydrogen SUV. I called Tustin Hyundai to see if they had them in stock. I was lucky enough when I called in to be transferred over to RICK MAJORS! He was awesome. I called Tustin Hyundai to see if they had them in stock. I was lucky enough when I called in to be transferred over to RICK MAJORS! He was awesome. He let us know that they had two. We immediately went to the dealership and met with Rick. My husband was about 99% sure he wanted it so Rick put it aside and put sold on it. Th next morning we called Rick back and told him we would be there on Wednesday to pick it up. When we got there the car was detailed and ready to go. He was straight forward on the price did not try to add anything. He was Honest and had integrity. Next time we have to purchase a car we will go to him first. I recommend if you are looking to purchase a car call him first. More

This is my 2nd Nexo I have acquired from Tustin Hyundai. My 2020 Nexo was in service and I went to ask Marcos about technology and efficiency improvements for the 2023, since my lease ends in December. Afte My 2020 Nexo was in service and I went to ask Marcos about technology and efficiency improvements for the 2023, since my lease ends in December. After our conversation, I decided to turn in my leased 2020 Nexo and buy a new 2022 Nexo. Marcos worked with HMFC regarding my remaining lease payments. Then he gathered updated information and started my purchase application. I even left the dealership and he continued to get everything prepared for my return later in the afternoon. Marcos is GREAT! He explained my options for additional warrantees and vehicle protection. Marcos is very knowledgeable, quite personable and very professional at the same time. I felt like I'd known him for years by the time I drove my new 2023 Nexo off the lot. The finance deal was out ofbthis world, what with interest rates rising. Zero down, 0.0% interest for 6 years. You cannot beat that for free money! I would recommend Marcos and Tustin Hyundai for the best car buying experience ever. More
