It was quite an experience to walk in to the dealer to simply look at the model of the car we haven't been able to find and drive it of the lot a few hours later. The experience was completely relaxed and Matt was a perfect guide at walking us around the capabilities of the vehicle. The only pressure I felt was from myself when we were on the test drive. After putting the car in sport mode, I couldn't wipe that Cheshire Cat grin off my face and we came back to see if there was any way to swing the purchase. The emotions of purchase caused me to forget the cardinal rule. "Read the document before you sign". Needless to say when I did read it later that evening there were a couple of items that caused me some stress, and anger at myself for not catching them. I followed up the next day to both Matt and the note from the owner and expressed my concerns and my desire to change the contract. Troy called me to let me know that their desire was to meet all my expectations and we agreed on a time the next day for me to come in and sign the revised contract. It was so simple yet it made a huge difference to me. Over the years I have purchased multiple vehicles from the same dealer. Tustin Hyundai definitely makes that list should the opportunity arise again. We live in Virginia, but one never knows... More
