Greg was exceptionally helpful throughout this entire car shopping process. We knew exactly what car and features we wanted before contacting Tustin Hyundai. As an initial test drive, Greg never tried to sell us the car and respected that we were trying to figure out whether we liked it. We came back for a final test drive and was so impressed he managed to do it within my lunch hour. Once we decided on purchasing, the process was quick and straightforward. Very pleasant experience, unlike most other dealership experiences I’ve had over the past 40 plus years. Sticker price plus tax and license. No pushback at all from the Finance lady when I declined Plat experiences I’ve had over the past 40 plus years. Sticker price plus tax and license. No pushback at all from the Finance lady when I declined Platinum warranty or paint and upholstery protection. Only negative thing at all was there were a couple of customers ahead of us to see Finance. No problem, we went and had a quick lunch across the street. Salesman, Matthew, was great. Knowledgeable even though new to the dealership. Would highly recommend them! More
