This is the third lightly used car I have purchased at Tustin Hyundai. I've returned, time after time, because of the good deals and service I received. I was impressed with my superior experience with my Tustin Hyundai. I've returned, time after time, because of the good deals and service I received. I was impressed with my superior experience with my salesperson, Frank Joubran. In fact, it's Frank's great professional service that has brought me back and did again this weekend, almost ten years after my last purchase. I reached out to Frank, only to find out he's now the Sales Manager. I'm not surprised! Nothing changed, though. Frank set me up with Rick Majors and Rick did a great job for me. Rick pointed me to the exact car I was interested in, with crazy low mileage, and created a flawless, painless experience. He was professional, transparent, respectful, and responsive, every step of the way. The whole team was great. Frank matched Carmax's offer for my high mileage vehicle and made the deal work. Couldn't be happier with my experience. I'll be back in another 10 years and do it again. More
