Carlos Menjivar truly was awesome through our car buying experience from beginning to the end. Hyundai was the first dealership we started looking at, honestly the last one. The vehicle we wanted was not available, but as we patiently waited he kept in contact giving updates on the new arrival date. Super accommodating. Once my beautiful new Palisade arrived he made it a great experience with his patience in explaining all the features, which are overwhelming, but he took the time to make sure everything was connected and settings were done correctly. The Internet M bought two Hyundai Santa Fes from Tustin Hyundai, today and 6+ years ago. Both times the staff was quick, courteous and informative. The Internet Manager, Jason Galvan was our sales person and he was especially helpful and a very congenial young man, answering so many of our questions and seeing to every detail. Both times, especially this time, buying a car from Tustin Hyundai were the only two times I didn't hate buying a vehicle in my 72 years. The price for the Santa Fe, although high compared to normal times, was very fair and one of the best in southern CA, compared to many other dealers, for what we wanted. Highly recommend Jason and the dealership! More
