We kept all initial conversations and transactions via email or online, including prequalifying for the vehicle I wanted. Once it arrived, all the paperwork and financing terms were prepared in advance, so all I needed to do was come in to test drive and confirm, and then about a half hour to walk thru all the paperwork. Keys handed over and I drove off the lot, so painless and actually enjoyable. There was a lot of trust and respect built through this experience, and I would definitely return to Shawn again for my next Hyundai purchase. Additionally, Tustin Hyundai is an absolute pleasure to call my dealership. I have purchased 2 vehicles in a row from them, and they are top notch - no BS, high integrity. In a time of low inventory and pricing power, they did not gouge the customers for more profit by hiking up the price or adding on a bunch of unasked for accessories or service offerings, like some other local dealers I will not name.
