Both Marcos and Tustin Hyundai were a breath of fresh air! I was coming off a very bad dealership experience where they were trying to sneak extras into the signed paperwork and weren't honest about pric air! Jason Galvan sold us a 2022 Santa Fe XRT and I honestly couldn't be more happier with his service. He was a breath of fresh air, the ability to talk to someone who actually could answer any question you ha couldn't be more happier with his service. He was a breath of fresh air, the ability to talk to someone who actually could answer any question you had about the car and it's features. And additionally, will also take it upon himself to talk about the car as you're test driving. My experience with him was excellent from start to finish he even spent an additional hour after all the paperwork was signed and before handing us our keys wanted to make sure we knew the in's and outs of our car walk us thru setting up all the features. I mean that is rare in this day of buying cars I feel, but something that is much needed and greatly appreciated. Tustin Hyundai is lucky to have someone like Jason working for them. I can't say the same about the finance director of Tustin Hyundai, Sheryl, who was the most disrespectful, inconsiderate, condescending, and rudest person I've ever come across in the auto industry. Sheryl would not honor the quote that was signed off by a manager who happened to be off that day nor allow me to speak to the current manager about the quote and told me that I had to make a decision now in her office as she doesn't have time for me to think about it since she has one customer waiting for her. Goes on to tell me that other dealers mark up their price by thousands which is valid statement, but isn't the point here. The point which she kept missing is that I as a customer came in good faith based on a quote given to make a deal based on that quote while she had her own agenda regardless of what the sales manager had quoted and told me my quote was estimated and that the pricing she gives me is the FINAL SAY. I take it or leave it. I can tell you this woman has some type of power ego issue going on with the sales manager or sales department in which a customer ends up having to suffer the raft. The way she handled herself was as if she was doing me a favor by selling me this car and that she didn't need my business. Sheryl, single-handedly was a hairline close to losing my business. She definitely doesn't embody what the dealership stands for of "providing our customers with respect" and "would consider it an honor to earn your business." She's the complete opposite. Because of Sheryl, I'm docking a star off for friendliness, price, and customer service. More
