Ivan was immediately transparent, communicative, and honest in that Tustin Hyundai refuses to add any sort of mark-up on their vehicles. Ivan even sent me a break-down of what my exact out-the-door cost would be including taxes & fees--this meant a lot to me as the majority of other Hyundai dealers I contacted during my hunt refused to talk any numbers over the phone, yet alone charged 10K over MSRP. Ivan added me to his list of customers interested in the Palisade, and just the other day he called me to tell me one was on its way! Yesterday my wife and I purchased the Palisade, and boy was it a great experience. Ivan was thorough and made my wife happy by placing a big red bow on the hood of our new car! Once signing all the paperwork, the price presented was the exact price Ivan had previously quoted me--no secrets or shady fees! Ivan, thank you again for helping us purchase the car of our dreams! I’ve leased 3 vehicles from Tustin Hyundai and 2 of these working with their sales person Rooben, because he's genuinely interested in building a meaningful customer relationship. On May 9th I returned to Tustin Hyundai after a failed attempt to do business w/Tuttle Click Hyundai in Irvine where, on 3 different visits, I tried working with 3 different sales people; my 1st visit, I was left sitting mid-transaction, when the sales person walked off to attend to another customer and then on a 2nd attempt, this time with a different salesman he didn't show-up for my scheduled test drive appointment which confirms that Tuttle Click Genesis clearly don’t care about the customer experience and are not managed to be courteous and attentive to a returning customer wanting to do business. This explains why I abandoned my attempt to work with Tuttle Click and return to Tustin Hyundai, making the decision to not replace my current G 80 with the new Genesis SUV and opted instead for a 3 year lease on the Hyundai Palisades. Meanwhile, I never did receive any further contact from Tuttle Click's Internet Manger (my 3rd sales person!) who had committed to follow up, after 2 separate conversations, about a specific GV 80 that I was ready secure with a deposit and move into a 3 year lease. All this combines to confirm that I made the right decision to walk away form Tuttle Click + my plan to drive the GV 80 and by 'returning' to Tustin Hyundai and switch my thinking from the Genesis SUV (that I really wanted) to a Palisades. In the end Rooben deserves all the recognition, because the decision I made owes more to how well than he handles himself than how badly the Genesis Sales people, which us why he gets my 5 star review and an added vote of thanks. More

From the moment Jason started talking to me I knew I was going to be taken care of. We went on some test drives, went over the different features of the cars, and in the end I didn’t buy a car.
