Having a new car is fun. Did you know that the process of buying one can also be part of the fun? I didn’t. I went into multiple dealerships and the difference between them and my experience with Shawn at Hy buying one can also be part of the fun? I didn’t. I went into multiple dealerships and the difference between them and my experience with Shawn at Hyundai Tustin was beyond night and day. Shawn Brown is exceptional and made my car buying experience feel like I was chatting with a knowledgeable friend who only wanted to help me out. Zero pressure, landed me in my top pick, and the price was right. The friend/family theme runs true throughout the team including the owner, John Patterson, who everyone spoke highly of. He introduced himself, checked in with me, and made it a point to welcome me to the Hyundai family. Many of them have worked together for a long time and the positive vibe was abundantly apparent. They have also followed up to let me know I can reach out with any questions on my new ride & its technology. Back to Shawn … He rocks. So does S.P.
