The Hyundai I wanted was not available in my home state, so I planned to purchase it while visiting family in California and drive it home. I contacted every Hyundai dealer within two hours to find a dealer so I planned to purchase it while visiting family in California and drive it home. I contacted every Hyundai dealer within two hours to find a dealer who could offer a fair price and who could assist with the legal issues associated with an out of state purchase. Rick offered the best price and went above and beyond to work with me on the out of state purchase issues. Unfortunately, the business office at his dealership dropped the ball and did not submit the out of state paperwork as promised, but Rick worked tirelessly to advocate for me and make sure that everything was resolved as soon as possible. His good service did not end after the purchase was completed, as after driving the car home, I noticed a small defect in the headrest. Rick also worked with me to get a replacement headrest shipped out and fully reimbursed me for all of the expenses associated with this. I love my new car, and appreciate all of the hard work Rick did to make it happen! More
