From the moment Rick received my request through TrueCar to me driving off the lot with my new Santa Fe SEL, Rick went out of his way in so many ways to help us find the exact car (and more) we were looking to me driving off the lot with my new Santa Fe SEL, Rick went out of his way in so many ways to help us find the exact car (and more) we were looking for that a few other Hyundai dealerships said was not available. The one thing that stood out for me was his initial contact with a video of him showing me the many options Tustin had available to the video of the exact car, still wrapped in plastic, he purchased for me from another dealer. Additionally, the countless emails he and I had to work out the deal that best worked within our budget. Rick made it possible for us to purchase the car of choice at the price we needed....with a bow on top waiting for us to pickup!
