We had specific needs for 2021 SUV available 1 month previou Rick came through for us in spades. We had a list of needs, actually demands, which had to be met on a 2021 Palisade available for less than 1 month. Rick came through for us in spades. Because of this, there were many demands which had to be met. Rick found one at another dealer which fit the bill. Apparently when you need a vehicle from another dealer, it must be negotiated. Rick and Tustin Hyundai achieved the trade quickly and masterfully. We even called Rick at 9:00 PM one night when we freaked thinking the car was not exactly what we needed. He answered and talked us down from the ledge. I cannot say enough. Especially considering we were dealing with a large Toyota dealer for a similar SUV. They jerked us around for over a week with the attitude of we might get around to fulfill your needs. If we don’t we don’t care since it’s a matter of numbers of which we were only one. Rick and Tustin Hyundai luckily has the attitude that they will do everything to fulfill your needs, no matter how demanding. Sheryl, in financing, was also exceptional. I insisted on checking all the computer generated numbers by hand since I am a vintage computer guy. They were all correct. In short I drove Rick and Sheryl crazy, but they remained gracious and extremely helpful. More
