Waste(wait) over 2 hours and they said it's miscommunication It took me over one hour to drive back and forth! I had an appointment at 10am today to check the leak oil issue on my 2009 Santa Fe because I had it It took me over one hour to drive back and forth! I had an appointment at 10am today to check the leak oil issue on my 2009 Santa Fe because I had it repaired the same oil leak in 2018. I thought it's easy and quick for Tustin Hyundai to fix it because they had experience before. They told me there is $95 fee to do the diagnosis check first. I am fine with it and they told me it will take 1-2 hours to get the check done. They will call me in 1-2 hours. I thought they are professional and waited for 2 hours exactly. It's crazy that they told me the service people haven't started to check my car yet. They told me it's miscommunication and just said SORRY! I am so pissed off. It's totally INSANE! More
