Simple, painless, no BS Marcos saw that I wanted to buy a specific car with minimum fuss and no upselling, and he delivered on that. The finance manager was great too, asking us only to consider an add-on warranty (and, unusually for me, I bought it, which says something about how positive I was feeling about the dealership).
