We were treated fairly, not pressured, and the customer service while at the dealership was excellent. All of our questions were answered, and we didn't feel as though someone was manipulating the situati service while at the dealership was excellent. I love that I was not pressured AT ALL by the very gentlemanly salesman, Rick Majors, and was allowed to see what I wanted to and ask lots of questions. I was not rushed, not pressured to make a decision, not met with any of those cliche things salesmen say to try to get you to decide on something you're just not sure about. I've been shopping for nearly two weeks for a car which may not seem long but I really wanted to be done with it. I just couldn't find the right car. Finally, I found the best car at Tustin Hyundai, (NOT at the "superstore" in Cerritos) and was treated with genuine friendly courtesy. AND I saved a bundle of money. Thank you so much! More
