i had been looking to lease a vehicle for a while and both shawn and greg made the transaction very smooth, fast, and easy. initially i was talking to shawn but then started talking to greg because i hav both shawn and greg made the transaction very smooth, fast, and easy. initially i was talking to shawn but then started talking to greg because i have a costco membership and wasn’t sure which deal would be better. greg was very honest and straightforward with me and he’s not like the other salesmen that are trying to be shady. he was very patient with me since i had to wait a little bit due to crazy work schedules and my parents availability. my schedule had changed last minute and i informed greg that i would be able to show up but have limited time due to having work later in the evening and might have to come back to finish it. greg ensures that he could have me with a car today and helped me speed the process up and was very understanding of my constrained time. i emailed him the documents needed and by the time i arrived at the dealership, everything was already prepared. he went over additional required paperwork with me and i spoke to the finance manager and we had everything set within hour, like he had promised. he was very good with explaining everything and you can tell both shawn and greg are very genuine and want to take care of their customers! i would highly recommend shawn and greg to anybody looking to buy or lease a hyundai. thank you both for the amazing experience! Marcus was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient with this 73 yr old grandma who isn't a techie. He made it all simple, understandable, and drew lots of diagrams so that I could understand how this new fangled vehicle operates! I drove back over to the dealership today to return the (left at home by accident) 2nd fob for my Prius that I sold to them as a trade-in. Marcus took the time to answer all of the new questions that had accumulated since I drove the car off the lot on Saturday. I'm sure he'll be there for me in the future, as well, as more questions come up that I don't have the time to find the answers to in the 3 tomes of info in the glovie!
