Marcus was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient with this 73 yr old grandma who isn't a techie. He made it all simple, understandable, and drew lots of diagrams so that I could understand how this new fangled vehicle operates! I drove back over to the dealership today to return the (left at home by accident) 2nd fob for my Prius that I sold to them as a trade-in. Marcus took the time to answer all of the new questions that had accumulated since I drove the car off the lot on Saturday. I'm sure he'll be there for me in the future, as well, as more questions come up that I don't have the time to find the answers to in the 3 tomes of info in the glovie!
