Turns out they had sold the car I wanted...he told me this before I went down. He tried to get one from another dealer, but was unsuccessful. He asked if I would want one if one were to become available in the next month. I said sure. Two weeks later, he emails me and I go down the next day and it is the same deal from the original email...no problems, no hassles. It was by far the most agreeable car purchase I've ever made. There was only one add-on in "Finance" which was quickly removed when I brought it up. Then Bill personally walked me through all of the features of the car....which were numerous. I've never had someone explain my car to me so well.... usually it's like "Here's where the key goes... good luck." Not with Bill. We walked around the entire car, adjusted everything, got in the car, programmed/ taught me how to use every feature to my liking. Bill keeps his word and takes pride in his work and it shows. More

From our initial introduction to final consummation Marcos was a true professional! After telling Marcos that this vehicle was for our 16 yr. old daughter (and that I wanted her to be a part of this process) he was extremely patient as he thoroughly explained all the different trim levels and financing options. In fact, we met with Marcos on three occasions and did multiple test drives. He even took us to the storage lot so that our daughter could view the entire inventory and pick out the exact vehicle she wanted. At no time was Marcos high-pressured, but rather he was quite the opposite. He was fun, positive, and an absolute joy to work with! When we weren’t at the dealership Marcos quickly responded to my text messages and answered all of my questions.
