By far the best buying experience I have had. Based on my past three car purchases, this time around I was fully prepared to go the way of internet sales. I casually mentioned this to a friend and he turned me over to Shaun and Marco from Tustin Hyundai. I literally had my new car, plus a trade in, in two days and left the dealership with a big smile on my face. Great price and they were fair on my trade in: Marco was very knowledgeable about the Kona I wanted and Shaun helped steer me through the different vehicles he represented. He really had no skin in the game so he just broke down the vehicles differences compared to what I was looking for. I would have no problem sending friends and relatives to this dealership and 5 years from now when I am car hunting: they will be my first stop. Well done Hyundai Tustin! More

Kind and Patient I found the car I was looking for online and decided to call the dealership and ask all of my questions over the phone first, as the dealership was qu I found the car I was looking for online and decided to call the dealership and ask all of my questions over the phone first, as the dealership was quite far from where I was working at the time. I got Bill Farris at Tustin Hyundai on the phone, and I was so glad that I did. He was very informative, very patient, and if he didn't know an answer to my question, he was quick to ask and call me back with the answer. I must have called 3 or 4 times, and each time he was very kind and happy to take my call. Bill was never pushy and that was what really made the overall car buying experience so enjoyable. We scheduled a meet up time, and even though his shift was going to be over by the time I arrived, he made sure that the car was ready and waiting for me, and that one of his colleagues was ready to receive me. It took me longer to get to the dealership, than it did to buy the car (2 hours in and out)! As a first time, solo car-buying experience, I couldn't have been more grateful. More

I call Bill prior to my Lease End and he goes over what the payments will be on my new Santa Fe. I drive in from Palm Desert and call Bill when I'm leaving. When I arrive we go for a test drive then come back and confirm the Lease Terms. With in a short time I am in with Sheryl the Finance Director signing my paperwork. Sheryl will go over options with no pressure to purchase additional products.
