Great experience and very smooth buying experience. I went through the Costco Car Buying program. I was contacted right away by Shawn Brown and provided pricing info on the vehicle I was interested in. I went through the Costco Car Buying program. I was contacted right away by Shawn Brown and provided pricing info on the vehicle I was interested in. Set up an appointment to drive the vehicle. I was met by Dustin Ihle who took us for the test drive and accommodated all our requests. We discussed particulars of the sale and was able to improve the pricing based on some additional discounts I was eligible for. The only downside was the processing through the finance office. While very efficient, my wife and I felt rushed - it was sign here, initial here, sign here........... We purchased the extended warranty but when home and reviewing the paperwork found that the warranty has a deductible. Yes, it was in the paperwork but not mentioned verbally to us. Also did not understand some of the numbers but the bottom line was correct. Will ask for an understanding of the numbers plus some questions on the extended warranty when we return for the license plates. To be fair, we could have asked to slow the process down but this info might be helpful in the future. Vehicle prep was good, but I did see that the tire pressure was not correct - it was 29 psi when I checked at home and should have been 33 psi per the manual. Had the finance processing not been so rushed I would have rated the overall experience 5 stars. Our experience with Dustin was definitely 5 stars. More

He and his colleague bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule and it would be great if their management gave these extremely hardworking gentlemen some help. Also the dealership’s detailing team did not do a very good job detailing the car in preparation for delivery. I will be washing it myself to meet my own standards which are admittedly higher than most people’s. More

Bill put us at ease the minute he introduced himself. He is a true professional with a great sense of humor. After being offered water, coffee, and popcorn, we set out on our test drive around the local streets/freeway. All the while, Bill explained the broad range of both the safety and convenience features of the vehicle. He is very knowledgeable and answered any questions that we had and some that we didn’t even think to ask. Upon our return to the dealership, we had narrowed down our choices and Bill walked us thru the two packages, explaining the differences in detail. There was NEVER any pressure to buy nor did we feel rushed - no typical “pushy salesman”. We found it SO helpful that he provided OTD (out the door pricing)as we all have a tendency to forget the added tax, title, fees, etc., and are shocked when the numbers jump up considerably when looking at the final paperwork. (The final price was exactly as expected with no last minute surprises). The specific car that we wanted was not readily available within the large radius that Bill had searched, but to our surprise, Bill called us the next day, on his DAY OFF, to inform us that he had found our car color/package choice, and it would be delivered the next day.....talk about going above and beyond! After we took possession of our car, Bill spent at least a half hour explaining all of the buttons/features from the simplest to the more complex technological ones. He set up both of our phones on Bluetooth, added some preset radio station favorites, explained the inner workings of the navigation system, and would not let us leave until BlueLink was registered and operational. Is Bill thorough - you bet! You have his undivided attention from start to finish - sheer dedication. Bill Farris is a real asset to Tustin Hyundai. He is passionate about his job and we would highly recommend him to friends, family, strangers. He is an exceptional salesman and you will share many laughs along the way. Thanks Bill! More

I went back to Bill at Tustin Hyundai to negotiate my third lease - I received excellent service and,I believe, a fair deal - easy in and out with a new Tucson, fair negotiation to contribute to my remaining lease payments. Would recommend Tustin Hyundai and Bill Ferris to anyone interested in a Hyundai. More
