My first EV I've been leasing Hyundais for the past 10 years from another local dealer. This time I wanted a Kona EV so I contacted the same dealer 6 months ago b I've been leasing Hyundais for the past 10 years from another local dealer. This time I wanted a Kona EV so I contacted the same dealer 6 months ago but they never once communicated with me on its availability as promised until 4 days ago asking what I wanted to do with my current lease. They then told me I can have the Kona EV but it came with a $1000 dealer mark up! I only had few days left on my current lease so I reached out to Tustin Hyundai today and immediately I was able to set up a time same afternoon to meet with Rooben who arranged a test drive. From start to finish it was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had purchasing a vehicle. Rooben was very friendly and patient with my needs and questions. Sheryl at finance was also very friendly and quick with the paperwork. Best of all I returned my current lease and Tustin Hyundai did not even charge me for any mileage overage or the wear and tear on the tires! I will definitely be going back to Tustin Hyundai in 3 years and beyond. More
