DREAM COME TRUE I HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR THE POSSIBILITY OF OWNING A CAR. I CAME TO U.S. LAST YEAR AND THINGS HAVE BEEN NEW AND COMPETITIVE FOR ME AND MY FAMILY. AFTER I HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR THE POSSIBILITY OF OWNING A CAR. I CAME TO U.S. LAST YEAR AND THINGS HAVE BEEN NEW AND COMPETITIVE FOR ME AND MY FAMILY. AFTER ARRIVING UNDERSTOOD , HERE CREDIT HISTORY IS VERY IMPORTANT AND IF YOU HAVE GOOD ONE THINGS ARE EASY AND POSSIBLE. LAST ONE YEAR WENT STRUGGLING , SETTLING DOWN. NEED OF OWNING A CAR WAS FROM DAY ONE BUT AS I WAS AT 5 MINUTES WALKING DISTANCE FROM WORK , MANAGED SOMEHOW. HAD BEEN CHECKING THE WHOLE YEAR ABOUT THE CARS , SEARCHED ON CRAIG LIST , ONLINE BUT AFTER LOOSING HOPE DECIDED TO VISIT PERSONALLY AND CHECK OUT THE OPTIONS. THE WORST WAS WHEN MY BANK ( BOFA) DECLINED THE OPTION OF LENDING ME LOAN JUST BY SAYING I DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH CREDIT HISTORY. BUT DREAMS CAME TRUE THE MOMENT WE ARRIVED AT HYUNDAI AUTO CENTRE IN TUSTIN. WE WERE CHECKING CARS OUTSIDE WHEN MR. ROOBEN KHACHATOORIAN APPROACHED US AND STARTED TALKING AND UNDERSTANDING OUR NEEDS. AT FIRST WE WERE APPREHENSIVE BUT IN 5 MINUTES HE MADE US COMFORTABLE AND ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS VERY PATIENTLY. HE WENT TO THE EXTENT OF STAYING BACK WHEN HE WAS SUPPOSED TO LEAVE EARLY THAT DAY AS IT WAS HIS WIFE'S BIRTHDAY AND CANCELLED HIS PROGRAM. HE APPROACHED US WITH SUCH A STRONG DETERMINATION AND WARMTH , HE MADE IT POSSIBLE FOR US AS A FAMILY TO OWN A NEW HYUNDAI TUCSON TODAY. I HAVE NO HESITATION IN SAYING THAT IF IT WAS NOT HIM , I STILL WOULD HAVE BEEN SEARCHING. HYUNDAI SHOULD BE PROUD TO HAVE THIS MAN ON BOARD!!! THANKS AGAIN FOR MAKING IT POSSIBLE. More

Perfect certified car buying experience I was looking to buy a new 2019 Hyundai Veloster. I had found a couple new ones and was about to make a deal on one when I downloaded TrueCar. After a I was looking to buy a new 2019 Hyundai Veloster. I had found a couple new ones and was about to make a deal on one when I downloaded TrueCar. After a quick search, I found a 2019 Hyundai Veloster Turbo with 3,500 miles located in Tustin, CA (about an hour away from where I live in San Diego). I put the deal I had on hold and made plans to drive to Tustin Hyundai the next morning. Before I had even closed the TrueCar app, Bill Farris, Internet Sales Consultant for Tustin Hyundai, had called me. I made arrangements to meet him the following day to test drive a white 2019 Hyundai Veloster. Even though I had driven brand new one, I wanted to make sure this was the right car for me. Bill took me on a drive that allowed me to feel how the car handled and demonstrate its key benefits. The car, along with a much better price than a brand new one, sold me, but it was working with Bill that made it excellent. Because I was making a cash deal, we had an agreement where payment would be delivered two days later. I returned home to San Diego knowing I had selected a great car and had a good deal. Bill went the extra mile by meeting me halfway between Tustin and San Diego to deliver me the car. We signed the paperwork as I trade my 2012 Veloster. I have to say Bill made this experience one where not only would I recommend Tustin Hyundai, I would highly suggest working with Bill Farris specifically.
