Best car buying experience EVER!!! I’ve already told everyone who’s seen my new car, how much I loved the whole experience. Trucar was great, Dustin found the exact car I wanted within I’ve already told everyone who’s seen my new car, how much I loved the whole experience. Trucar was great, Dustin found the exact car I wanted within a couple hours. Paperwork was exactly as it was supposed to be, I was on a time crunch and they got me in and out in record time. Working with Dustin was like working with one of my kids! Great! Will recommend to everyone! I purchased a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited that he had tran Marcos was incredible in helping me through the whole process of buying my first new car. I purchased a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited that he had transferred from another location so that I could get the exact color and trim I wanted. He had it waiting with a big red bow when I got to the dealership. This was the first time I’ve purchased a new car and I felt comfortable and taken care of throughout the entire proces— thanks to Marcos! I visited multiple other dealerships viewing and test driving different cars until I made my final decision. Marcos was by far the best salesperson I encountered during my search. He was honest and up front about everything, and explained everything to me making sure I understood all of my options. He also spent around 30 minutes showing me every single detail and feature of the car before I drove off the lot, making sure I understood everything about the car before I left. I HIGHLY recommend Marcos at the Tustin Hyundai location. I will continue to recommend him to all of my friends and family and I will definitely be going back to see him! More

Sorry Marcos, one more question...!! Shopping for a new car can be stressful. But I would say the worst part is having to juggle all the phone calls with different salesmen of multiple de Shopping for a new car can be stressful. But I would say the worst part is having to juggle all the phone calls with different salesmen of multiple dealerships with only their best interests in mind, and, in my case, even getting hung up on. However, there was one salesman that stood out from the rest of them with his sincerity, politeness, transparency, and his eagerness to give me the best quote possible. That salesman was Marcos Rodriguez. I called Tustin Hyundai to inquire about 2 particular models that were way out of my budget, but I was lucky enough to be connected with Marcos, who was right away extremely friendly and a true joy to talk to. At this point, I had been turning down every single salesman asking me to visit their dealerships in person, but I felt such great vibes from Marcos and he was such a pleasure to speak with that I agreed to come in the next day. Also, instead of shutting me down and rushing to end the call after hearing my ridiculously low budget, he was actually able to recommend a much more affordable car that they had in stock that also had everything I needed/wanted, which is the car I ended up driving home with today! I was also able to skip the hassle of negotiating the price down several times because Marcos was able to give me an INCREDIBLE discount right away on the phone. And if it weren't for that, as a former Honda owner of almost 15 years, I would have never seriously considered Hyundai. And I'm glad I did because I feel like I'm driving an affordable luxury car!! While I pulled in to the dealership, I noticed that multiple salesmen stood outside waiting for potential customers to pull in, while Marcos was already inside with his hands full dealing with multiple customers. I was able to tell that he was EXTREMELY popular. I thought, "Well this is a good sign..." Luckily I let him know I was coming ahead of time, so he was able to schedule his time wisely and take me in as soon as I arrived. As popular as he was, I cannot stress enough how much he gave me his full attention and took his time with me. Honestly I don't know how he does it! I probably literally asked 100 questions, but Marcos was VERY patient with me and answered each and every one of them extremely thoroughly. Sorry again, Marcos! :P So if you enjoy having a salesman that will make you do the following things: a.) feel at home b.) feel like you're robbing the dealership by giving you insane discounts c.) feel confident about the vehicle you're buying d.) laugh your ass off ...then go visit this dealership and ask for Marcos!
