Marcos Rodriguez made car buying easy! We came into the dealership to show our daughter one of three cars we were letting her choose between for her first car. We told Marcos we wanted her to see the car but that we weren’t going to buy it yet so we wouldn’t need to take up his time. He said he was happy to show her the car and explain the features anyway.... and he was sure to ask her what features she was hoping for in her future car. We have shopped for cars with our other kids and I’m always on guard for the moment the salesperson tries to start pushing our kids to tell us how much they want THIS car...Marcos never did that. He knew that we wanted our daughter to love her choice, but he respected the fact that WE were making the final decision and he did a great job of including her in the process while not actually ‘selling’ to her. He was very professional, very well versed on the car and great about going through all the different options she could choose between (whether it was on the lot at the moment or not). The fact that he didn’t push my daughter or try to make it an emotional experience for her was greatly appreciated....and it let us see just how much she really did love the car. When we decided to go ahead and purchase the car right then after all, Marcos continued to make the negation process professional, easy and comfortable.
