Great experience! I was waiting for a take out order at Lazy Dog Cafe a few weeks ago. I noticed this guy in a Tustin Hyundai shirt and asked him if Labor Day weekend was a busy one for the dealership. We got to talking, and Bill Farris introduce himself. I mentioned that I was looking for a small commuter car, and he gave me his card and said “give me a call, I’d be happy to help.” I sent Bill a text message a few weeks later about what I was looking for, and he got to work right away for me. Within hours, he found the car I wanted at a price no one else could beat. Went down to the dealership, got the paperwork signed, and off I went. Each step of the way, Bill was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable - he is a FANTASTIC salesman. I’d also like to give Sheryl Storey in finance a shout out too. I even changed my mind on which cat I'd like in the middle of writing up the paperwork without a response except for "Don't worry, I want you to have the exact car you'd like to have."
