He is very professional, friendly and great to work with. He goes the extra extra mile to make sure we are happy and have what we are looking for. When we call to speak to him or go into the dealership to look into a new car or to have service done on one of our cars he always greets us with a smile. He will always ask how everyone in our family is doing and always remembers all of our names now that is great customer service. It is very rare to find anyone who will ask about your family and use each of their names. My husband and I cannot imagine working with any other salesman. Absolutely Fabulous!!!! We HAD to replace our car, but due to no credit depth, I didn’t think we could get a new car. Thankfully, I had someone talk me into looking anyway. The selection is great either way(new or used) the Kona drives like a dream, so much room as well. There was no pressure, and didn’t have to haggle.
