I came to Tustin Hyndai and was helped by Shawn Brown who was outstandingly helpful and not pushy or pressuring at all. I loved working with Shawn who was very frank and willing to do anything needed to help me out, even if it meant I wouldn't be buying from them. I went with the Ionic and couldn't be happier. There was a small issue with a defect in the steering wheel and Shawn and the rest of the team at Tustin was quick to remedy the issue with as little trouble to me as possible. I was pre-approved through Capital One Auto Finance and came I usually dread the car buying experience, but Qais Sultani made my experience pleasant. I was pre-approved through Capital One Auto Finance and came down to test drive the car I was interested in. Q was very friendly and thoroughly answered all of my questions regarding the vehicle. I was upfront with him and told him I was going to test drive a few more cars and then make my decision. I really appreciated that he wasn't pushy and aggressive, like most car salesmen. I called him the next day to come down and purchase my vehicle and he came in on his day off to complete the sale. Overall he provided excellent customer service and was great to work with. I look forward to doing business with Tustin Hyundai in the future the next time I'm looking for a car! More
