Elsa took very good care of me when I came in with my Azera. The USB port had stopped charging my phone, though it had worked previously. She contacted the extended warranty folks to first get a new USB port, then when that still didn't work, arranged to get a new radio, because the radio and port apparently work together. Unfortunately, at that visit, my front bumper got scratched. After comparing my check-in photo at the dealership with the drive-in photo at the nearby car wash where I went immediately after leaving Tustin Huyundai (and for which this dealer gave me a free carwash coupon), it was clear the scratch happened while at this dealership. No problem, Elsa said they would fix it and give me a loaner. So when the radio came, she loaned me a Palisade for 3 days, while my bumper got repainted. I asked how much it would be to paint the whole bumper and pop out some dings on the lower portion. She quoted a price I couldn't refuse, so my bumper now looks brand new. Every encounter I had with this dealership was courteous, professional and accommodating. This is my new FAVORITE Huyundai dealership! It's MUCH better, and way more customer-focused than where I bought my car in 2016, where I used to go (which is farther away and which has changed hands 3 times since 2016)... Thank you, Elsa! More

Once my Dad and I were done looking, we were happily greeted and assisted with our choice of car. Our salesperson, Rick Majors, was very friendly and went above and beyond his job description. Rick was very knowledgeable about a non-Hyundai vehicle. He made sure that my Dad and I understood the breakdown of the entire car as well as the pricing. Was completely open and honest with any questions that my Dad and I had. The finance process was very efficient and I didn’t feel any pressure, especially because I’m a first time buyer. By the time the deal was set and stone, I was able to leave very satisfied. I would recommend Tustin Hyundai if you are planning to buy a vehicle. More

My husband recently purchased a Mazda from Mazda in Tustin and that’s what brought me to Patterson Tustin Hyundai. He could not stop raving about their customer service and Tustin Hyundai was no except Tustin and that’s what brought me to Patterson Tustin Hyundai. He could not stop raving about their customer service and Tustin Hyundai was no exception. This dealership treats everyone, and I mean everyone, with the utmost respect and highest regard. It’s amazing to know that there are real dealerships that still care about their customers and making them feel good about their purchase. As soon as we walked through the door, we were immediately greeted by Jonathan and then approached by our salesman, Max Nieto. From start to finish, Max was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to understand what was important for me in a car, my needs with regard to size and features, and most importantly my budget. I had no intentions of buying a car today (whatsoever) and Max was able to make all the stars align to find me my dream car and ideal payment. He was never pushy or forceful, he made it very clear that I was in the driver’s seat of my purchase (pun intended). In addition to Max’s wonderful support, we were even more surprised at the incredible service we received from his manager Shawn Brown and Finance Manager “ZK.” Shawn gave Max the green light to make our dreams come true. He made our buying experience so smooth and easy. Furthermore, “ZK” should change his name to KZ- KING Z!!!! ZK is a seasoned, master negotiator that fought for our deal with every verbal weapon in his arsenal. He worked incredible magic alongside Shawn to get us to a payment we were comfortable with. ZK is the Muhammad Ali of financing. To say ZK went above and beyond would be the understatement of the century. Above and beyond is what the average finance manager does, ZK blows a hole through the atmosphere - he goes above, beyond, and so much farther than that. His dedication to making customers happy is unmatched. You can hear in his voice the genuine compassion, dedication, and heartfelt appreciation for every person he interacts with. He mentioned he’s been in the car industry for many years and it’s no wonder. Every dealership should have a ZK, and if they don’t they should send their customers to Hyundai Tustin!!!!! Even through back and forth negotiations we made it out of the dealership in less than 4 hours. Never have I been able to buy a car so fast - simply AMAZING. Lastly, the owner “JP” greeted and congratulated us personally on our new vehicle. I’ve bought many cars and never met a single owner. This experience has completely renewed my trust in dealers and I will happily come back when my lease ends. I’ve found my forever dealer and everyone should trust Patterson Autos for their vehicle purchases.
