Ask for Frank! I was in the market for a EV Hybrid. I have been on the waiting list for the Tesla, but with delays I went to check on the Sonata Hybrid. I decided th I was in the market for a EV Hybrid. I have been on the waiting list for the Tesla, but with delays I went to check on the Sonata Hybrid. I decided the Sonata was too big and leisurely mentioned I would wait for the Ioniq Plug-in Hybrid. Franks says " we have one coming in the next few days, want it?" WOW, who would have thought you could buy a car in less than 2 hours. Well with Frank you can! By the way, the only reason it took 2 hours is because 1 hour of that was Frank took the time to explain every bell and whistle the car has. Top notch customer service, one employee who goes above and beyond for his customers! He even took the time to follow up and research the rebates. With the Ioniq being so new to the market, it was not showing up on the State website for rebates, well Frank reached out to them and low and behold its now there. Frank this is our third Hyundai and if I am in the market for another car or know of someone who is, I will be sending them your way. Thanks again for the hassle headache free of buying a new car. He was not pushy in any way and he was also very patient. He was honest about the vehicle and he encouraged me to take my time in regards to my decision. When it comes to buying a used car, it is never an easy decision but Bill made it feel easy. I would say Bill puts the customer's needs and concerns before his own, which is why I was so satisfied with my visit and purchase.
