He was gracious and very informative about the car, showing us all the intricacies of the Sante Fe Sport Ultimate. There was none of the usual aggressiveness that you can experience at a dealership. We purchased a car. I later had to return to the dealership to seek assistance with the Android Auto feature. He was very patient and explained it to me. He also hooked up his iphone to show how it worked with the iPhone. He offered to get one of the service personnel to assist me. He was willing to spend as much time as necessary to satisfy me. A very pleasant experience for us at Tustin Hyundai. More
