I found out later that this place is highly rated on customer service. I was able to work with John Moody and he really made the customer experience be painless and straight forward. I used the costco pricing system to compare offers and I really was able to get a good price. I am sure other places would give me the same deal through costco, but I enjoy working with the folks at this location. Happy customer! More

Best new purchase ever, Bill Farris best salesman ever I visited 4 dealerships in the span of 10 days leading up to my recent car purchase so I definitely have something to compare to, and OC Tustin Hyunda I visited 4 dealerships in the span of 10 days leading up to my recent car purchase so I definitely have something to compare to, and OC Tustin Hyundai was by far the most friendly and comfortable dealership to walk into. But that was not even half of the good experience. Bill Farris was a wonderful combination of professional salesman yet friendly and sympathetic to the struggle of deciding the best car in this very competitive Orange County market. Prior to visiting the dealership I had made a reservation with Bill so when I arrived the car I wanted to test drive was ready and waiting. We drove it around side streets and onto the freeway so that I could experience the car in all settings. He demonstrated several of the car's many features while I was test driving. When we returned to the dealership we sat down and started to pull together the numbers. I was immediately impressed as he ran down the various rebates and incentives the car was offering. He was genuinely interested in me as a potential buyer understanding all the pricing options and making sure that I could see how the price of the car was arrived at. I had already been to 3 other dealers and experienced their "slight of hand" techniques as they scribbled numbers on paper and magically arrived at a price, and who would then suddenly realize there was additional room to lower the price of the car after meeting some resistance from me. Bill was absolutely honest and open on the pricing and did not waste my time with price games and instead gave me his very best price the first time. He presented me with optional monthly payments based on the down payment and left it completely up to me to decide. He did not pressure me to decide or give me any threats about how his best price was only for right now and could not be guaranteed for later. In fact, he encouraged me to be comfortable with the purchase when I told him I wanted to bring my wife back to look at the car with me. He also told me that he would be happy to obtain any color vehicle I wanted and did not try to convince me to take whatever they had on their lot. When I went in to meet with Bill to complete the purchase he had all the paperwork ready and he walked my wife and I through the many features of the car and helped us synch our phones to it, and personalize the settings. Bill made the unfamiliar technology accessible and easy and quick to learn. I highly recommend Hyundai as a manufacturer and I very highly recommend Bill Farris as the person to see for your next purchase or lease. More
