Great review on Santa Fe experience at Tustin Hyundai On June 30, I went to Tustin Hyundai in order to buy a new car. I read great reviews, so I decided to go and get the great Tustin Hyundai exp On June 30, I went to Tustin Hyundai in order to buy a new car. I read great reviews, so I decided to go and get the great Tustin Hyundai experience. I was able to get help from Kevin Rullan, which not only explained the different packages that Hyundai offers on the Santa Fe, but went out of his way to get the color and package that I wanted. I originally was not planning to buy a Santa Fe, but Kevin was able to help me, explaining to him that I needed trunk space, he recommended the Santa Fe. What I liked about Tustin Hyundai was that their sells people were helpful, professional, friendly, and courtesy. I was there for a few hours, but that time was worth the wait, for I was able to meet some of the Tustin Hyundai team, thanks to Kevin, which of course they wore friendly. Claudia, the receptionist, was friendly, and helpful, for she made me feel welcomed to the Tustin Hyundai family. Thanks to Kevin, and the Tustin Hyundai team, not only I was able to buy a new Santa Fe, but I also felt that the team did more than they needed in order for me to get this SUV. My experience with the sales department was great, but I was able to meet the service department team a few days after I bought my SUV. The first person I met was Elsa Torres, which was friendly and very help. Elsa was able to help me, for I needed to buy a few things. Thanks to the Tustin Hyundai Service team and Elsa, I was able to get what I needed. Overall, Kevin, Elsa, and the rest of the Tustin Hyundai Auto team were very helpful and thanks to them, I was able to purchase a Santa Fe. I recommend this fantastic dealership to anyone who wants a Hyundai or Genesis, for their great costumer service is the reason why I will be returning to get my SUV serviced and hopefully in the future purchase another car from them.
