Easily the best and most pleasant experience yet! I come to this dealership for all my services, but my vehicle finally went past its prime, so I decided to purchase a new car. Up came Bill Farris, wh I come to this dealership for all my services, but my vehicle finally went past its prime, so I decided to purchase a new car. Up came Bill Farris, who was, by far, the easiest and most professional person I have had the delight speaking with. He eased me and my better-half in, and got us started on purchasing our new vehicle. He went every step of the way, explaining in detail on what we wanted and what our expectations were, and roadmapped our way to a new car. He even went out of the way, tolerating my lack of providing a vehicle registration, and waited until I could try and see where I stowed it. I couldn't have been any happier, and I would definitely come again, as well as recommend anyone to see Bill and the dealership. Thanks again, Bill and OC Tustin Hyundai! More

He explained all the features of the car and was very thorough in explaining the financial side of things. Also, I really liked the friendly environment at Tustin Hyundai. Everyone seemed to really enjoy their jobs and multiple people said hi or asked if I needed any water while I was waiting. I also noticed the salespeople weren't pushy as I have experienced in the past. If they were, I would most likely have not purchased a car as it would have made me feel rushed and pressured. In my opinion, this is a huge plus for Tustin Hyundai as a lot of people will feel much more comfortable stopping by to look at cars. Also, I do want to mention I had a great experience with the finance manger, Crystal. She was very organized which made the whole process smooth and easy to understand. She also took the time to explain the extended warranty and made it work for me and I left very happy knowing my car is covered for the next 10 years. Thanks again for the great experience! More
