From the moment I got on the phone for the first time with Bill Farris all the way to the very end of the purchase process, when he personally guided From the moment I got on the phone for the first time with Bill Farris all the way to the very end of the purchase process, when he personally guided me off the ramp as I drove off in my new Hyundai Santa Fe, the whole experience was second to none. There were many choices, Toyota, Kia, Ford, Chevy, etc, etc that I was looking at before Bill and I spoke on the phone. Something in that conversation told me that Bill was someone I wanted to do business with . . . and I couldn't have been more correct! The whole experience was top notch all the way. He was professional, informative, patient, especially with all the questions/inquiries my wife and I threw at him. Most of all he was not "pushy". Not a single minute of the entire transaction did I even get a sense that he was pushing me one way or another. He just fed us all the information we needed to know and/or answered all the questions about the car, about financing or just about anything my wife and I threw at him in a calm, professional and informed manner, which definitely helped us tremendously in our decision making. Absolutely no stress! We went through the whole transaction like a bunch of friends sitting around for coffee and having a little conversation while also enjoying a laugh or two as we shared some jokes and funny moments with each other.
