A great experience I had been toying with the idea of leasing a new car for a few months. He was informative but with no pressure whatsoever. I left the dealership to think about it, and applied for credit online. After 3 days I had heard nothing, I emailed John, and he found the file and pushed it through. It looked like we weren't going to be able to come to an agreement, but John did some digging and found a palatable solution. Unfortunately by this time, the car I wanted had been sold. John and the OC Hyundai team did not give up, they found the car, brought it to the dealership and made it look spectacular. John Moody, the salesman, was exceptionally courteous, informative and professional. There were no heavy-handed pressure tactics. John knew everything about the vehicle, and conveyed the information in a patient, friendly way. We also shared some family stories that made the experience even more personal. While it always takes some time in the dealership until you can drive off the lot with a new car, the wait was not terminally tortuous and the time seemed to pass fairly rapidly. By the way, I love the car and if I get another Hyundai this is the dealership I would go to and ask for John Moody! More

Great Experience=JIMMY DIMAS! OC Tustin Hyundai was the last dealership visit of the day. I had been emailing back and forth with Jimmy Dimas (Sales Rep) seeing what 2016 Genesis OC Tustin Hyundai was the last dealership visit of the day. I had been emailing back and forth with Jimmy Dimas (Sales Rep) seeing what 2016 Genesis he still had left since the new G80's were already on the lot. Jimmy took me for a test drive and explained all the features that many customers overlook. His knowledge and experience really gave me a hands on experience with this vehicle unlike any other test drive I'd been on. After the test drive we sat down to talk numbers which most people dread. Jimmy simply asked me what price I was looking for and how much money I wanted to put down and went to work. Not even 15 minutes later, Jimmy came back with the EXACT monthly payment I wanted, the correct money down, the MF was great and I was in a beautiful 2016 Genesis Sedan. I didn't look up the reviews before I went but now their #1 satisfaction really makes sense. Jimmy made this transaction as seamless as possible and has been there to answer all of my questions before AND after the sale.
