Later, I discovered that it did in fact have a backup camera, as the model on the Hyundai website states so. Also, I was not informed as to how the audio system works in organizing the music files that may be loaded on a USB flash drive. In addition, the "new car smell" seemed to be a bit too strong at first, as it was giving me headaches and causing my sinuses to tingle a bit after driving for more than 30 minutes. Other than those issues, everything worked well and I am satisfied with my purchase. More

My experience at Tustin Hyundai was just the opposite. Trey Lewis greeted us, asked us what we were looking for and went over our options with us. He worked with us to get the payments where we needed them to be, and made the whole process a breeze. I couldn't believe that there wasn't a "catch." I am beyond pleased with my experience, and truly hope Trey still works at Tustin Hyundai when it is time for us to go back for another car. Once the purchase was made, we went to the finance office and had a pleasant experience there as well. (I can't remember her name off the top of my head) but she was friendly and made the paperwork process a breeze. Once we were finished, Carlitos Menjivar went over the car's features with us, paired our phones' bluetooth to the car, went over Apple CarPlay and much more. Excellent Car Buying Experience!! On a Friday evening I was searching TrueCar.com and found a low mileage 2015 Hyundai Genesis 5.0 that I was interested in. I made a simple inquiry thr On a Friday evening I was searching TrueCar.com and found a low mileage 2015 Hyundai Genesis 5.0 that I was interested in. I made a simple inquiry through the TrueCar.com website. I was immediately surprised with a phone call (within 5 minutes) from Kevin Rullan at the Tustin Hyundai Dealership. Kevin was very pleasant and easy to talk with on the phone. He promptly answered all of my questions on this available car. It sounded very good, so I made an appointment to see the car the next day on Saturday around noon. We live in Temecula CA and it is about an hours drive to Tustin. While my wife and I were enroute to Tustin Hyundai next morning we received a call from Kevin confirming that we were coming in. He mentioned that it was hot in Tustin so he would park the car in the shade to make it cool for our car review and test drive. Due to heavy traffic on the way in from Temecula, we didn't show up until 2:00pm which seemed quite OK with Kevin. After a thorough examination of this beautiful car and a nice test drive, in which Kevin had both my wife and I drive the car. Kevin was very patience with us as we asked many, many question about the car. he then gave us plenty of time to discuss it and arrive at our decision. We decided to make an offer to purchase it. Kevin was very helpful in working with us in hammering out an agreement which was acceptable on both ends (this took a little time) but was worth it. Both my wife and I are extremely pleased, not only with the deal that we made, but also very much with the car itself. There is no comparison to anything else. You really need to drive a Genesis to experience it. We would highly recommend working with Kevin Rullan and the team at Tustin Hyundai to anyone looking to purchase their next car, new or used. At 66, I have purchased many cars. This was the 1st time for me where there was absolutely pressure to purchase it. We actually enjoyed this buying experience! More
