Started with meeting Jimmy Dimas and telling him I was only half convinced that I wanted to buy a car, but that I was interested in learning more about the Elantra. He spent over an hour going over the electronics of the car, showing me how my phone would interface, and giving me a long test ride. Two days later, after determining that the car was too small for my grandsons, Jimmy then went over the Sonata in the same detail. I selected the SE, and there were none on the lot. Despite the holiday, he was able to have the car I wanted the following day. The process went very smoothly, I was impressed. My thanks to Jimmy for the effort he put into helping me with the new features, and my compliments on how well he knew the car. More
