The only thing that i was displeased with was the fact that when i was still in the process of deciding whether or not to get a car, i was handed off to another sales rep. I guess the other client was more important than me. I didn't gripe about it just thought they should have know that i was pretty serious about purchasing a car. Marcos however did end up coming back and finishing it out but would have preferred to have worked with him all the way through. More

We have had two other Hyundai's that we leased from Tustin Hyundai which were the Sonata and an Elantra GT. That experience was a good one so we decided to come back and try again! John helped us initially with the test drive and the initial paperwork but he had an appointment that arrived so he needed to hand us off to Shawn Brown who then finished the process with us in a very pain free manner! We got the monthly payment where we needed it and it was a "win - win!" Cheryl was great too in the closing paperwork process! We'll be back! More
