Very professional staff Excellent customer service in sales department. The car itself is a joy to drive but as a new car has a few issues that you should not see on any car, Excellent customer service in sales department. The car itself is a joy to drive but as a new car has a few issues that you should not see on any car, specially on a luxury marketed brand of Genesis. The doors do not close properly and the reasons given by the dealership/service department is ridiculous. The leather on the driver side was pealing off after day 5. The car still pulls to the right (slightly) and can not be fixed ( I am told its normal). I had my mechanic drive it and I was told that it is definitely pulling to the right and it has nothing to do with the road. I still kept the car because of all the other features it has and it really drives beautifully. I hope you use these comments to improve you product. More
