Having had multiple experiences at all the high end dealerships in OC, dealing with Frank was at the top of the list of good luxury dealership experiences. Always professional, polite and courteous. And a nice guy, too. I couldn't have asked for a more compliant sales experience. Frank promised less than an hour to document the deal and he was true to his word. In/out of dealership driving an environmentally friendly SUV. I'm anxious to experience the hydrogen powered Tucson. Just left Frank a few hours ago. The experience with the dealership was good, the car was prepped well, Frank was great to deal with- and he's a hockey fan. Doesn't get much better! Thanks Frank and OC Tustin Hyundai. More

Higher lease than other places. Very unhappy with final value of agreed upon lease. This was mainly due to very dishonest dealer evaluation to start negotiation with. For early 2016 model of Elantra he started with $228/month for lease. We ended up agreeing to pay $185 instead of something around $150 which I think should be the fair value. More
