This dealership was super helpful and fast. Initially, Rooben was professional on email and phone, except for when he refused to give me any kind of quote or window sticker. He told me the car I wanted was incoming, but would not give me more detai except for when he refused to give me any kind of quote or window sticker. He told me the car I wanted was incoming, but would not give me more details unless I came in person. So I did take the time and energy to come in person. Turns out I was baited. The car that I wanted was actually a 2024, which has not even been released. He didn't tell me. I saw this myself when looking at his computer. When I told Rooben that it was a 2024 and pointed to the manufactur year on the computer, he took a long time to see it. Maybe he was realizing that I caught him. He was very uninterested in our test drive and even gave me wrong information. I did a lot of research before going to the dealership, so when he said that they Hyundai Tucson sold better than Toyota Rav 4, I knew he was completely wrong. After our test drive, we talked more about my thoughts on buying and he said "So was this a waste of time?" I am very happy I bought from Hyundai Carson instead of this place. More
