I was almost immediately relieved to find out that this was was not at all how it was going to be at Tustin Hyundai. I have to say, my 100% satisfaction was due to Kevin Rullan who walked me through step-by-step in purchasing my brand new 2016 Hyundai Elantra. He is friendly, down to earth, good at reading people, and isn't trying to sell you. Seeing all the different editions of one type of car can be overwhelming. Kevin listened to the features that I cared about in a new or used car and he immediately knew the edition that would be perfect for me (and it was brand new!). He genuinely cared that I found the car that was right for me rather than selling me a car that was used and actually more expensive. I appreciate the great customer service throughout this dealership and would definitely recommend them to anyone in the future. When I got to the dealership, he started the paperwork and then proceeded to tell me that the car I wanted was being sold to the man in the next stall. I was very disappointed at first and he assured me he had the exact same car in the additional lot. It was not exact, missing a upgrade, but convinced me to purchase the car. Pricing was very competitive compared to other Hyundai dealerships.....and we traveled around quite a bit the first time around. 2 years aga we bought the Elantra GT coupe. Got a great deal on my trade and on the Elantra. Came back two years later and dealt with Marcos again. Still a great deal. Got us into the car we wanted at the price we wanted. I highly recommend this dealership. And highly recommend Marcos Rodriguez. More

NO Pressure; Helpful and Friendly Dealership I found a car on line that was located at Tustin Hyundai and I emailed to ask for the car fax, which Marcos Rodriguez promptly got out to me. I went in to test drive the car and met Marcos who proved to be a really great guy who helped me without any pressure. I couldn't make a decision about the car, so he offered it to me for a couple of days to "try it out"...who does that? I'd been to many dealerships in my 6 months of searching for a car and none of them treated me this well. He also took a lot of time educating me about the car and his patience with my decision making process was commendable. Marcos and everyone I met there, including the sweet receptionist, made me feel welcome and special. I would definitely recommend the dealership and can't wait to have my first service appointment!
