Went to OC Hyundai looking for an Elantra but ended up liking the Mazda3 which Kevin O. showed me (Mazda dealer under same ownership). I was so impressed by his sales demeanor (especially after dealing with other salesman elsewhere) that it weighed on me when deciding - which really says something. But in the end, another Mazda dealership gave me a better price and Kevin's manager wasn't letting him budge on their price. I wish I could have given Kevin a sale, but the least I could do was to write him this review and convince others to see him. He even congratulated and wished me well when following up - truly a genuine guy. It may not have happened this time but I'll surely be back in the future to see Kevin. More
